Sanderson to Del Rio TX. 118 miles of pain. Ha. We started the ride in Sanderson in the dark and the first 50 miles were with full cloud cover with mist and sprinkles. Then the sun peaked out and the temperatures increased. Lots and lots of hills. One after another. Was glad when it was over. Along the way we crossed the Pecos River and Amistad reservoir. Water around here is rare to see. Finally, we ate some barbecue ribs and fixings for supper. It felt good to eat. Yum.
